You can copy, distribute and circulate the SHAREWARE version of WindowPictures freely, in so far as you do not make any modification to the files or any change to the component and do not leave out any files.   Limited warranty and disclaimer of warranty

The executable programs, pictures, in fact the whole files delivered with WindowPictures (except djpegw32.exe et cjpegw32.exe) are protected by the French and European laws. You are not authorized to modify them or to separate them.

 

This software and accompanying written materials (including instructions for use) are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. further, the authors of WindowPictures do not warrant, guarantee, or make any representations regarding the use, or the results of use, of the software or written materials in terms of correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise. The entire risk as to the results and performance of the software is assumed by you.

 

Neither the authors nor anyone else who has been involved in the creation, production or delivery of this product shall be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages (including damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, and the like) arising out of the use or inability to use such product even if the authors have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

WindowPictures is the intellectual property of its authors. The payment of the licence gives you the right to use the software but it is not a transfer of the property.

 

Fusion in another program, modification of the program, pictures and texts are forbidden. Modification or erasure of the licence number, copyright, authors and the user names, are forbidden in any kind of material ( diskette, research …).

 

At the end of the test period (30 days), to continue using WindowPictures you must register with the authors of WindowPictures, you are not allow to use WindowPictures beyond the 30 days test period without being registred. If you break the law, you will get yourself in trouble with judicial proceedings.

 

After payment is made, the use of this software is limited to only one single personal computer or workstation which is not used as a server. An additional payment is required for each use on another personal computer or workstation.

 

The owner of a licence of WindowPictures is authorized to make only a single copy of this software solely for backup or archival purposes. The registred version of WindowPictures will not work if you format, erase or damage your main hard-disk or the one which WindowPictures is placed on.

 

We are not responsible for any special, incidental or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use the software, even if the authors of WindowPictures) have been adviced of the possibility of such damages.

Because some states and juridictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you.

by using the shareware version of WindowPictures you acknowledge that you have read this limited warranty, understand it, and agree to be bound by its  terms and conditions. you also agree that the limited warranty is the complete and exclusive statement of agreement between the parties and supersede all proposals or prior agreements, oral or written, and any other communications between the parties relating to the subject matter of the limited warranty.
